1. On their buns, Hardee's uses a milk-filled "Whirl." I'm not sure whether you'll be able to hold the Whirl or whether the decision has already been made. The details given does not make it clear. Inquire at the grocery store.

2. Any of the burgers can be made dairy-free by using a lettuce wrap, omitting the cheese, and making other substitutions as needed. The Lettuce Wrap Thickburger, as described above, is gluten-free, but the Charbroiled Chicken does contain wheat.

3. You should miss the cheese and sour cream since the rest of the Red Burrito ingredients are dairy-free.

4. We couldn't find any gluten or wheat-like ingredients in Red Burrito's white corn taco shell, despite the fact that they say it contains wheat. Please contact us directly if you need any additional information.

5. Hardee's serves fried chicken in some locations, but it does contain dairy.
